Cancellation Policy
We understand that no matter how hard you try to plan, life can sometimes throw a curveball at you, and you may need to cancel or postpone your party. This might happen 2-3 weeks before your party as you learn about an important business trip that you can't get out of, or it may happen the night before as you deal with a sick child. If this happens, please call us immediately to cancel or postpone! If this happens, we understand, and want you to know that you will NOT lose your deposit! It will remain on your account, and can be applied toward any inflatable rental with Bounce Orlando within one year of your original party date! If you have already paid for your rental in full, we will either reschedule your party rental, or refund you the difference between the rental price and the deposit. We believe you will find this to be one of the most fair cancellation policies anywhere!

What if we anticipate rain or bad weather?
Some things are out of our control. The weather is one of them. If extreme weather is in the forecast, we will assess the situation early in the morning on the day of your party. If the conditions are deemed unsafe for operation for the duration of the day, we will contact you to either reschedule (our preference) or notify you of a management cancellation. In the event of a management cancellation, you will be refunded in full--deposit included. If there is a possibility of a passing shower or the typical afternoon FL rain, we encourage you to keep the reservation, as rain will not hurt the inflatable, and the children can resume bouncing after the rain subsides and the inflatable is dried with a bath towel. In the event of wind gusts exceeding 20 mph, we ask that you power down the inflatable and wait for the weather to pass. If there is a good possibility that it will rain during your entire party time, and you are uncertain as to what to do - please call us to discuss. We are not weather experts, but can work with you to make the best decision. With Bounce Orlando's concurrence, if the weather is questionable and you decide to keep your reservation, once the delivery crew has setup the inflatable at your party location, even if it rains during your party, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
