As an incentive to our loyal customers who rent from us multiple times, as well as those who refer us to many new customers, we have instituted a referral/incentive program that can lead to significant discounts off your future rentals!
Here’s how it works:
For every 5 rentals you make with Bounce Orlando, you will earn $50 off your 6th rental. However, if you refer a customer (or several) to us and they end up renting an inflatable, this will also count toward your 5 rentals needed for the discount! For example, if you rent from us once, and then 4 of your family members, friends and/or party goers rent from us due to your referral, you will receive $50 off your next rental! For convenience, Bounce Orlando provides referral cards that you can write your name on when giving to your friends and family. It is not necessary for your referrals to present this card to Bounce Orlando, but please make sure you tell them to mention your name when making the reservation. The referral program lasts for two years from the date of your first rental or referral. The $50 discount can be used in conjunction with other Bounce Orlando discounts, coupons, etc, but is not transferable to other customers.

Q: I rented from Bounce Orlando before you started the referral program. Do my previous rentals count toward the 5 rentals needed for my $50 discount?
A: YES! All of your past reservations are on record in our reservation system. If you have rented from us 4 times in the last two years all you need is one more rental or referral to get $50 off your 6th rental!
Q: I referred several friends, family, and coworkers to Bounce Orlando this year. Do I get credit for those?
A: Unfortunately, it would be impossible for us to accurately retrieve past referral information, as most of the time it was not recorded at the time of the reservation. Bounce Orlando will diligently keep track of your referrals through our reservation system, so you don’t have to! Just make sure your referral mentions your name when placing a reservation with us so you get credit for it!
